Tell us about your property. We'll send you a flat-fee quote alongside a true-cost comparison of what you're paying your current manager, including insurance commissions.
Review together
We walk through what's included and answer every question. No fine print.
Terminate your current manager
We'll map out your exit strategy, usually a ballot of lot owners or a motion to terminate at the AGM.
We handle the switch
